FAQ

Where do I receive the purchased profiles?

As soon as you make your payment, you will automatically receive an email on the email address you provided or linked to your PayPal account, with the downloadable link of the purchased products.

If you are a registered user, you can find the purchased products on your personal area.

How can I get updates for the packs I’ve already purchased?

If you are a registered user, as soon as you are notified of the availability of an update, you will be able to log into your personal area and download again the link with the updated pack.

If you are not a registered user, you can download the updated packs from the same link you received at the time of purchase.

Contact us only if you can no longer find your link.

How do you make demos?

Demos are made by connecting the Kemper via digital Spdif output, directly to the digital input of an audio interface. In a few cases, there is either audio only from a camera for capturing of ambient sound, or a mix of the two.

Why am I not receiving the email with the link of the purchased products?

It could happen that the email with the downloadable link ends up in spam, so check the spam folder.

It could happen that following a purchase, PayPal performs verifications on the transaction made. In this case, the email does not arrive until the transaction is authorized. You should check the status of the purchase transaction, before opening a complaint or contacting us.

Where can I find demos of your Kemper profiles?

Each profile pack on this site includes one or more demo videos; if you are interested in all the videos made, go to the YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@MMKemperProfiles and subscribe to be notified of new releases and updates.

Once I purchase the profile pack, will I have precisely the same tone as the demo?

Guitar tone, in general, is the result of many elements put together. Intensity of touch on the instrument, type of guitar and pickups used, type of listening (headphones, monitors, cab, etc…).

We advise you to listen well to each individual rig; if needed, you can try to improve to your personal taste a particular rig, by acting on the EQ and Definition sections.
